Q: Is there a certain personality that you take on when you think about your drag name?

A: Yea. Cause when I started looking at characters I started looking at anime and toys of what not my persona is an anime character that broke up with her boyfriend and became so powerful she jumped out of the T.V.

Q: Love that! Does that show in your name as well?

A: Yea it does cause I wanted an exotic name. Kunda is actually an Indian name but that also comes from my love of life feminism cause Kunda is actually the original form of Cunt. And that was, she was actually a goddess, an Indian goddess who personifies the beauty of womanhood, well life, death, and womanhood. So I wanted to like make that beautiful again.

Q: Do you have a side that you would have never been able to show if you weren’t in drag?

A: There’s certain things that I wouldn’t do in drag. Like I’m not gonna try to make out with someone in drag, but as a boy or in a club I would totally try to make out with anyone I want to. But that’s kinda different to me cause I have a very large sense of professionalism. Like this is my job, this is what I do. I am a preforming artist.

Q: Are you pretty open about your Drag Life?

A: Yea I am, I’ll talk to my parents about it. Um there’s like the whole thing like we don’t tell. Like if I wanna date you I’m not gonna tell you straight off the bat, um… but if I invite a boy over and he’s like what’s that pair of heels there, I’ll say oh I do drag. So the whole motto is if you don’t ask me, I won’t tell you.
